SHIPPING TIMES:

Fabrics and paper sewing patterns are shipped until 2 working days after the purchase.

The customer will receive an email confirming the state of the order and the estimated shipping date, and the shipment can be tracked in our store's customer area.

SHIPPING COST:

We ship all orders by CTT (Portugal postal service), either by simple post or by registered post with tracking number. Prices are calculated at checkout according to weight.

Portugal (mainland and islands):

• €1.00 to €4.00 (simple post)
• €2.65 to €6.20 (registered post)
• No shipping cost for orders delivered in person in the Lisbon area, arranged previously by email.

Europe: from €1.80

Rest of the World*: from €2.20

* Shipments to the rest of the world (outside the European Union) may be subject to Customs costs. Please note that this cost will always be paid by the customer.
